The Baton rouge Pride Guide
As the official guide to Baton Rouge's LGBTQ+ community, we print and distribute 4,000 copies each year on June 1st throughout the Greater Baton Rouge Area. Our vibrant magazine will be available at businesses, newsstands, and Pride Fest. Your advertisement will be seen by thousands, including those at businesses and organizations like yours. Plus, the digital version of the guide will be available on our website for years to come! Our four-color, 30+ page magazine will be available at businesses, newsstands, and Pride Fest on June 1, 2025.

A digital format of your advertisement must be submitted via your online application by April 30, 2025. Only .eps and .png files may be accepted. Files must be 300dpi or higher and in CMYK format. Please note that if a file is too large to send please comment on your online application so we can contact you to retrieve your file. Deadline for all image files, payment and any logo, usage specifications is April 30, 2025.
