Grand Marshal
Cicely S. Moore - Author, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Coach, Humanitarian, and Founder of Gamma Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. has been a resident of the Baton Rouge surrounding area for 20 years. While being a founder of this prestigious organization designed for Masculine Presenting Lesbians, Cicely has worked with numerous of other LGBTQ + organizations, including Baton Rouge Pride, as she served on the board approximately 10 years ago.
Cicely’s journey began in a small town in Louisiana, where her upbringing instilled in her a deep sense of family, education, and service. Over the years, she has dedicated herself to uplifting marginalized communities and creating spaces of love, acceptance, and empowerment.
As one of the founders and the current President of Gamma Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Cicely has demonstrated her leadership and vision in fostering unity, leadership development, and community service. Her commitment to promoting love, positivity, and peace led her to establish the “MOORE Love, Less HATE” movement, offering holistic approaches to health and well-being.
In addition to her impactful community work, Cicely is a published author of children’s books and a Gratitude and Manifestation Journal, sharing messages of faith, love, and empowerment with young readers.
Cicely’s passion for serving others and her unwavering dedication to creating positive change made her a valuable addition to the team at New Orleans Black Pride in which she was recently named the Assistant Director. Cicely looks forward to working in her new position to continue the mission of celebrating and advocating for the Black LGBTQ+ community.

Kitty Savage has been doing the art of drag for a little over 2 years. She has come up through the art form through THEE Haus of Savage. Her first ever time stepping into drag was in Baton Rouge at Splash Night Club, performing alongside her drag sisters, K.T. Hype and Miss Thing. Becoming Miss Capital City Pride means a lot to her seeing as how Baton Rouge is where she has gotten her start and found her community. Anyone who knows Kitty, has come to love her honesty, presence, and unconventional, alternative drag style. She is a testament to all up-and-coming entertainers and/or queer presenting people to do drag the way they wish to and to express their true selves in everyday life without shame or fear. She chooses to spread fun, respect, and love throughout the community in hopes that others choose to do the same.

mr capital city pride - Quentin LIttle
Quentin Little, a proud native of the Greater Baton Rouge area, is the General Manager of Splash Nightclub, owner of Tree Frog Gifts and Gear, and the former President of the non-profit organization, Pride One. As the visionary behind the founding of Pride One, Quentin took the bold step of establishing the first official pride week in Baton Rouge two decades ago, uniting various businesses and organizations in a joyous celebration of diversity and inclusion. Quentin's long-standing commitment to serving his community reflects his deep-rooted pride, and he looks forward to continuing to support the LGBT+ community for many years to come.

Mahogany Campbell is Louisiana’s premiere femme fatale. She has been lovingly coined a female, female impersonator. Mahogany is a Lafayette native but got her start in the art form of drag in Lake Charles, LA through her love of dance. A lover of pageantry, Mahogany has captured the titles of Miss Southwest Louisiana Pride, Louisiana USofA Diva, Texas UsofA Diva, Renaissance Princess Femme, and Tennessee National Showgirl. She is your reigning National Showgirl and in 2023 made history becoming the first femme to win this drag pageant title. You can catch this queen entertaining across the Gulf Coast, and she is a resident diva at Androgyny, George’s Place, Bolt, and Splash Nightclub. She shares her home with her beloved partner, Tam Leger, and sweet fur baby, Sir Bixby Rou.

Kandy Cayne, a native of Natchitoches, Louisiana, has immersed herself in the captivating world of female impersonation and drag for the past 29 years. Recently returning to her roots in Louisiana from a vibrant stint in Dallas, Texas spanning nearly two decades, Kandy brings with her a legacy of excellence. Her illustrious career boasts a dazzling array of titles, including former crowns such as Miss Gay Monroe America, Miss Louisiana Gay Pride America, and Miss Gay Oklahoma USofA, among others. Renowned for her stunning portrayal of Mariah Carey, Kandy's performances have graced stages across the nation, enchanting audiences with her undeniable talent.

Mike is no stranger to the locally blended LGBTQ+/Leather/Bear/Fetish community. Being involved with many organizations and groups, both locally and nationally, has inspired him to see beyond “What It Is” to “What It Could Be.” As a former Baton Rouge Pride Grand Marshal (2018) and the current reigning Mystic Krewe of Apollo - Baton Rouge King XLII, it’s an honor and joy to be chosen as your Bear Capital City Pride 2024!
