Baton Rouge Pride is committed to creating and maintaining a community that respects and values the diversity of all individuals. We believe that every person should be treated with dignity and fairness, and we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment free from discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression, as well as any other characteristics protected by applicable laws.
As a nonprofit organization and public charity [501(c)3} serving the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, Baton Rouge Pride prohibits discrimination in all of its activities, including but not limited to employment practices, volunteer participation, program delivery, and provision of services. We embrace diversity and strive to ensure that everyone associated with our organization is treated equitably and with respect.
Discriminatory behavior, including harassment, based on sexual orientation or gender identity, will not be tolerated at Baton Rouge Pride. This policy applies to all board members, employees, volunteers, program participants, clients, vendors, and any individuals or entities affiliated with our organization.
